By purchasing, accessing, or using any digital product, course, checklist, guide, template, workbook, consultation, or related content sold through this website or any affiliated platform (collectively, the “Products”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

This means:

No commercial license is granted, whether express or implied.

2. PROHIBITED USES

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Copy, adapt, modify, or recreate our Products for professional use

• Teach, train, coach, consult, or advise others using our materials

• Resell, sublicense, distribute, or share Products (free or paid)

• Use Products to create competing or derivative content

• Upload Products to shared drives, forums, groups, or AI systems

• Represent our frameworks, language, structure, or systems as your own

 

This applies whether the use is partial or complete, paid or unpaid, public or private.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within our Products is the exclusive intellectual property of The Remodel Studio, including but not limited to:

• Written content

• Frameworks, systems, and methodologies

• Checklists, worksheets, templates, and tools

• Language, structure, and sequencing

• Branding, naming, and presentation

 

Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

4. COMMERCIAL USE & MISUSE POLICY

If we determine, at our sole discretion, that a Product has been purchased or used for commercial, professional, instructional, or derivative purposes, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately revoke access to the Product

• Issue a full refund

• Terminate any associated account or access

• Deny future purchases

 

A refund issued under this policy does not grant permission to continue using the Product in any form.

5. NO REFUNDS (STANDARD POLICY)

Due to the digital nature of our Products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks except in cases of suspected commercial or prohibited use, as outlined above.
