The construction phase generally lasts 8-12 weeks, subject to scope and material availability. Notably, our team won't be in your home daily, ensuring minimal disruption. To facilitate smooth project flow, we offer an interactive software accessible on phone or desktop, centralizing all communication, documents, and updates, which is crucial for efficiently managing any unexpected delays or challenges in construction.
I am already working with a Kansas City interior designer, can I still hire you as my general contractor?
Big yes! Absolutely, you can engage us as your general contractor even if you're already working with a Kansas City interior designer. Our approach is to thoroughly review the scope of work and all construction documents provided by you. We're excited to collaborate with you once your designer has completed their part, including all renders and selections. Should your designer not cover renders or drawings, we're more than capable of handling that aspect of your project. We also place a strong emphasis on screening and vetting all individuals involved in your project. Can I hire my own subcontractors?
Regrettably, we are unable to incorporate subcontractors hired externally into our projects. The high standard of our work, along with the streamlined and pleasant construction experience we provide, is built upon the collaboration of our closely-knit, experienced team, following our tried-and-tested operational procedures. Bringing in subcontractors from outside our established team could compromise this dynamic and the quality of the build, which is something we cautiously avoid.
