Site | Field Visit
We’ll arrange a site or field visit, typically lasting up to 45 minutes. During this visit, we’ll dive deeper into your vision and provide you with an inside look at how The Remodel Studio operates for design and construction project management

Project Investment + Concept Proposal
After the visit, we’ll prepare a Project Investment + Concept Proposal, which includes a detailed summary of your wants, needs, and vision, along with our proposed project fees and a broad range of what to expect for a realistic construction budget. This step ensures you have a clear understanding of the investment and creative direction, giving you the confidence to take the next steps in your remodeling journey.

Design, Selections & Scope Specification

Construction Management
Once we move into the construction phase at. you can expect a seamless transition guided by our dedicated project manager and operations team. We have carefully selected and vetted a roster of trusted tradespeople and contractors who bring their expertise to every aspect of your kitchen remodel.

Throughout the construction process, we prioritize clear communication, providing you with a digital communication portal where you can access project updates, timelines, punchlists and important documents at your convenience.

To ensure that your project progresses smoothly, our project manager conducts daily and weekly site checks, overseeing the work being done and addressing any potential issues proactively. These regular check-ins allow us to maintain quality control and keep the project on track. Additionally, we schedule walkthroughs at significant milestones to involve you in the process, gather your feedback, and make any necessary adjustments.

Phase 3:
It's a wrap!
At the completion stage, we conduct thorough walkthroughs with you to ensure that every detail is up to your satisfaction.
Our team creates punch lists, documenting any final touches or adjustments needed to achieve perfection. We take pride in our attention to detail, and we don't consider our job complete until we have addressed all items on the punch list, leaving you with a kitchen that surpasses your expectations.
